Mica Sericite

Description

Sericite mica is a colorless mineral mica derived from muscovite with a silky finish, used as a filling ingredient in cosmetic and to improve skin adhesion and feel.
It has a silky texture that helps makeup slip on the skin. It will increase the translucency of your cosmetics and offer a beautiful silky sensation to your products. Sericite is one of the basic ingredients most commonly used in the manufacture of your own correctors, foundations, blushes, eyeshadows. In your makeup formulations, sericite will give a soft, glare-free glow and will help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles without blocking pores, also used to lighten colors and cover imperfections. It has a high particle size giving good adhesion and translucency with low coverage. Suitable for: concealers powders, foundation, blush, eye shadow and makeup.
Recommended for nail polish, lips, eyes and face or if you want a slight addition of shine and opacity in soap making.
