Cosmetic grade quality. Oil soluble pigment. For external use only. It is insoluble in water. This pigment is not a water soluble dye. It is soluble in oils.

LAVENDER  VIOLET is a messy dye to work with, we recommend you to wear gloves when handling the coloring powder as it might stain and you will also need very little dye to achieve the desired color. This dye is insoluble in water. When dissolved (in oils) the color will be a beautiful dark blue purple.

When making bath bombs, bath salts, or any product for use in a tub or shower, we suggest you use polysorbate 80 in liquid phase at a typical rate of 1-2% to avoid that the color does not stick to the surface of the tub. Always test your products.
