Built on an ultra-fine resin matrix, it blends seamlessly into your formulations without clumping and maintains its incredibly vivid neon glow, even under UV / Blacklight.

Usage Guidelines & Recommended Dosages:
    • Soaps (Melt & Pour & Cold Process): Use between 1 and 5 grams per 500 g of soap batter. For Cold Process (CP) soap, we recommend pre-mixing the pigment in a small amount of lightweight oil for effortless blending.
    • Makeup, Lip Gloss & Cosmetics: Blend into your clear gloss bases or cosmetic oils. Perfect for creating vibrant neon lip products or eyeshadows.
    • Nail Polish: Performs beautifully in clear or suspension nail polish bases. Disperses evenly for a smooth, striking finish.
    • Bath Bombs & Bath Salts: Add between 0.5% and 2% of your total dry mix weight. Workshop Tip: Adding Polysorbate 80 to your recipe is highly recommended to properly disperse the pigment in the bathwater and prevent it from floating or leaving rings on the tub.

Unlike water-soluble dyes that travel through the soap bar, our Fluorescent Neon Pigments feature a unique molecular structure: they are completely bleed-free and will not migrate.
Because the colorant is securely locked inside an inert resin matrix, the particles stay exactly where you place them:
    • Ideal for Intricate Designs: You can confidently create multicolored layers, sharp lines, geometric patterns, or complex swirls without worrying about colors bleeding into each other over time.
    • Long-Lasting Crispness: Your soap designs will maintain perfect contrast and clean color boundaries, even after months of curing.

To achieve a perfectly smooth blend and prevent any tiny color speckles, we recommend pre-mixing your Neon powder with a small amount of lightweight oil (or glycerin) before adding it to your soap batter.
