Unlike water-soluble dyes that travel through the soap bar, our Fluorescent Neon Pigments feature a unique molecular structure: they are completely bleed-free and will not migrate.

I didn’t find that this colour performed as well as the other fluorescent colours that I bought – violet, green, orange – which were wonderful. This colour was a lot less intense. Will give it another try.
